• Body measurements and sizing data for custom-made garments;
• Payment data processed through third-party processors;
• Design preferences and order history;
• Employee data per Brazilian labor law;
• Security camera footage at facilities.

Legal basis: contract performance (custom clothing, intimate apparel), legal obligation (tax documents, labor), legitimate interest (security), and consent (communications).

SHARING & RETENTION

We do not sell personal data. Body measurements and sizing data are treated with full confidentiality. Sharing only with payment processors and authorities when required by law. Client data retained up to 5 years. Measurement records for the duration of the client relationship. Tax records per Brazilian tax law (5–10 years). Security footage up to 30 days.

SECURITY & YOUR RIGHTS

We implement measures to protect personal data, including confidential treatment of body measurements and custom design specifications. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data. We respond within 30 days. This policy may be updated periodically.
